Cancellation Policy

The first payment of 50% is a non-refundable retainer. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Provider for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients.

If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, the Client agrees to notify the provider a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. Any cancellations made without rescheduling will be subjected to total cost of service due, if not submitted prior to cancellation cut off date. Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Provider to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client). Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost.  Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services or rescheduled Services made outside of the 14 day cancellation cut off.
